Purpose statement: To ensure smooth implementation of projects in line with business objectives ensuring optimum resources.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop implementation schedule and implement.
  2. Visit site for survey and report generation.
  3. Estimate resources requirements for project implementation.
  4. Co-ordinate with Procurement Department to ensure the availability of the solar/wind/other project materials in time.
  5. Formation and supervision of installation team.
  6. Supervision of civil works and module structure installation.
  7. Installation and commissioning of renewable projects for Institutional customers.
  8. Provide site training to customers.
  9. Develop and submission of project commissioning report.
  10. Ensure smooth project hand-over to Institutional customers.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
  12. Ensure site safety issues using PPE and other related SOP.
Contextual Information

I. Context / Environment: R.B. Avari Energy Limited is a pioneering company in the renewable energy sector. It provides Solar Home Systems for rural areas as well as customized solar power solutions, along with expanding activities in wind, biogas, and other areas of renewable energy too. The company wants to give adequate focus on its installation activities for better customer service. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and implementing all programs and activities relevant to the position in close collaboration with line managers.

II. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Education: B.Sc. Engineer (Electrical) from any reputed university.

Knowledge: Sound knowledge of installation, civil works, project management.

Skills: Analytical, Troubleshooting.

Experience: 3-4 years experience in installation activities.

Key Success Factors: On-time delivery of projects.

IV. Working relationship:

Internal: Program Manager, Key Accounts Managers, team Members, field officers.

External: Vendors and suppliers of raw material, transport company.
