Human Resources Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, develop policies and procedures from scratch, and drive organizational growth, talent development, and succession planning. This role empowers the organization to enhance its reputation by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition: We seek a professional who can design and execute recruitment strategies to fill critical positions, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce. This includes recruiting, tracking, and interviewing job candidates.
  2. Talent Management: The successful candidate will maintain and update human resource policies and procedures, ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce through career paths and succession plans.
  3. Learning and Development: This role enables employees with specific skills to boost business performance, filling skill gaps through employee communication, problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.
  4. Performance Management: Our ideal candidate will create accurate job profiles, align objectives with the organization's mission, document performance, and write appraisals. They will also maintain historical records by designing a filing system.
