Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Human Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success through strategic human capital planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive personnel policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent, fostering a positive candidate experience.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance evaluations to optimize employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including attendance, leave, and performance appraisals.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
