Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and motivatedSales Representativeto join our team atBelvin. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our presence in the local and regional markets, expanding our dealer and retailer network, and driving sales of our innovative home appliances and seasonal products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new markets for Belvin products across various regions.
  • Build and expand the dealer and distribution network in assigned territories.
  • Visit retail outlets and distributors regularly to maintain strong relationships.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Ensure timely documentation and reporting of all sales activities.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports.
  • Coordinate with the back office for order processing and dispatch follow-ups.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • B.Com / BBA (undergraduate)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or distribution-based business is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively – travel is a key part of this role
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
