Overview

Job Title: NICU Technician
Location: Punjab colony, khy-e-jami, DHA, Karachi
Salary: PKR 30,000 Basic salary
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in monitoring and caring for neonates under the supervision of nurses and physicians.
  • Prepare and maintain NICU equipment, ensuring proper sterilization and functionality.
  • Assist in handling and transporting premature or critically ill infants.
  • Record and maintain accurate patient data, including vital signs and medical information.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety, and infection control procedures.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures when required.
  • Support parents and families with information and guidance, ensuring compassionate care.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Certification in NICU/OT/Paramedical Technology (recognized institute).
  • Prior experience in NICU or pediatric care preferred.
  • Knowledge of neonatal care equipment and procedures.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work long shifts and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
