Performance Marketing Specialist (Brand)

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our in-house Brands across Meta platforms and major PPC channels. This role is crucial in scaling our brand's online presence, driving conversions, and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to promote the brand, generate leads, and drive sales performance.
  • Plan and execute paid media strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks, focusing on performance metrics.
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign structure.
  • Create and test engaging ad creatives, including copy, visuals (carousel, video, lead forms), and landing pages aligned with brand goals.
  • Optimize ad performance by monitoring CPC, CPA, and ROAS, ensuring efficient budget use.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation to refine strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align paid media efforts with brand initiatives.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Proficient in A/B testing, creative optimization, and budget management.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for growth marketing and data-backed strategies.

Timings: 1pm-10pm (Mon-Fri)
