Job Summary:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory.
  2. New Business Pursuit: Identify and explore new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities and threats.
  6. Performance Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
