Reports To: Lead Developer

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Configure and maintain on-premises servers for development, staging, and production environments.
  2. Install, secure, and maintain Linux-based operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS).
  3. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  4. Administer and maintain databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, ensuring performance, backup, and high availability.
  5. Monitor infrastructure health and automate incident alerts using tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  6. Manage Docker containers and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes or similar technologies.
  7. Apply security hardening practices and perform regular patching for servers and applications.
  8. Maintain source code repositories and implement Git branching strategies.
  9. Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes.
  10. Collaborate with developers and QA teams for environment setup, version control, and release management.
OH&S/QMS Role and Responsibilities
  • Report hazards, risks, accidents, and incidents to the QHSE department.
  • Be aware of and comply with i engineering's IMS Policy.
  • Abide by i engineering's local legal and client requirements.
  • Attend and engage in IMS awareness sessions.
  • Ensure all IMS procedures are followed, raising issues when not.
Qualifications Requirements
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Scrum Master, and ERP implementation.
  • Proven track record managing ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ERP platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
