Shift Timing: Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM PKT)

We are a fast-growing digital agency specializing in web and mobile application development, serving clients across the US, UK, and Canada. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator/Scraper to join our night shift team and help us scale our client outreach.

Job Description:

As a Lead Generator/Scraper, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality leads from platforms such as Bark, Thumbtack, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels. Your goal is to identify potential clients looking for web or mobile app development services and provide qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Extract and generate leads from Bark, Thumbtack, and social media platforms.
  2. Filter and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, location, project type).
  3. Organize and maintain lead data in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to hand off warm leads and refine targeting strategies.
  5. Stay updated on trends in lead generation techniques and target markets.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in scraping or sourcing leads from Bark, Thumbtack, and social media platforms.
  2. Strong understanding of how to identify and qualify relevant leads.
  3. Excellent written English and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly lead targets.
  5. Must be available to work night shifts (US business hours).

Preferred:

  1. Prior experience working in a digital agency or IT service-based company.
  2. Basic understanding of web and mobile app development services.

Salary: Market competitive (based on experience) + performance-based incentives
