We are seeking a driven Sales and Digital Marketing Professional who can generate leads, convert prospects, and boost our brand visibility across digital channels. This role requires experience in lead generation platforms like Bark, Upwork, or Freelancer, along with strong skills in digital campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and follow up on leads through various platforms such as Bark, Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
  • Pitch our services to potential clients via email, call, and chat to close deals.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline – from initial contact to final conversion.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, deals, and communication.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor SEO and implement improvements to increase online visibility.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to analyze marketing data.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and digital marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lead-gen platforms like Bark, Upwork, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • The ability to work independently and be organized.
