Digital Artisan is an agile and forward-thinking software house dedicated to cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment that empowers every team member. We are currently seeking an office boy.

Responsibilities
  • Serve tea and coffee to staff and office visitors.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office and kitchen on a daily basis.
  • Dispose of trash, waste, and other disposable materials appropriately.
  • Regularly sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to keep them free of dirt, dust, and debris.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
  • Wipe and disinfect surfaces such as countertops, tables, desks, and door handles.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and window sills as needed.
  • Monitor the use of equipment and supplies within the office and report any replenishment needs.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms for conferences and events.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff or meeting rooms.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
  • This position reports to the office manager and works closely with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.
Requirements

Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience as an office boy or in a similar role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
