Position: B2B Sales Executive – Solar & EV Chargers Campaign (US Market)
Salary: PKR 80,000/- per month (fixed)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad (Night Shift)
About the Project:
Leeds Expert is running an exciting B2B outbound campaign in the United States, focused on Solar Energy Solutions and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations. We're helping businesses switch to clean, renewable energy while cutting costs. To expand this initiative, we're building a team of skilled professionals to connect with US businesses, generate leads, and support sustainable energy adoption.
Role Overview:
As a B2B Sales & Lead Generation Executive, you will directly engage with business decision-makers in the US, present them with solar and EV solutions, and generate qualified leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to understand client needs in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based businesses to promote solar and EV charging solutions.
- Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up discussions.
- Build rapport with key decision-makers and explain the benefits of switching to renewable energy.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
- Stay updated with product features and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong English communication and listening skills.
- Prior B2B or call center experience preferred (especially in energy/solar campaigns).
- Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 5 AM PST).
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
