Job Overview:

The Category Manager will oversee the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives for Paper & Board and Rigid Packaging Material segments within the PM Category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive category strategies aligned with business objectives to optimize profit and loss management.
  • Lead supplier base expansion/optimization efforts, leveraging market analysis insights to secure optimal pricing, mitigate risk, reduce lead times, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, focusing on cost, terms, service quality, and delivery performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience preferred, with a degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
