Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to research, identify, and reach out to potential clients based on targeted industry-specific factors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-quality sales pipeline through various lead generation tools, data extraction techniques, and strategic outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads based on industry, job title, demographic factors (age, gender), and interest-based criteria.
- Utilize lead generation tools, databases, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, CRM software) to find and extract relevant lead data.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold emails, calls, and social media engagement to introduce products/services.
- Segment and categorize leads based on engagement levels, interest, and likelihood of conversion.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead details and follow-ups.
- Analyze lead generation metrics to improve outreach strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, including database sourcing, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo etc.)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage potential clients effectively.
- Ability to analyze and extract high-quality data from different sources to refine targeting strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) for lead generation.
- Knowledge of data scraping and automation tools for finding leads efficiently.
