Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Sales Leadership:
  • Leading and motivating sales teams, setting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Identifying market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Deal Management:
  • Managing complex deals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on business development activities.

  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Effectively communicating with clients, partners, and team members, and negotiating favorable terms.
