We are looking for a Sales Representative at a manager level with a minimum of 3 years of experience and 2 years of managerial experience.

Salary: PKR 150,000 - 175,000

Previous work experience as a freelancer will be preferred.

The candidate must be fluent in English, looking to excel in their careers and progress. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow and develop sales through effective and consistent outbound activity, including phone and email.
  • Manage other employees and provide a weekly report of their progress and work.
  • Achieve and exceed targets set by the company.
  • Call companies to generate leads predominantly in the UK.
  • Develop a strong outbound pipeline of clients.
  • Maintain reports of clients.
  • Work effectively with internal and external departments to promote sales.
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in the target markets.
  • Respond to all allocated requests (live chat, phone, or email) for quotes within agreed SLAs.
  • Provide cover for team members during busy periods of absence and/or busy periods.
  • Work remotely from Pakistan for UK-based companies.
  • Require good and reliable internet speeds.

Candidate Ability:

  • Sales: Cold calling
  • Knowledge of the self-adhesive label industry

Skills:

  • Excellent telephone manners & presence
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to find answers/solutions
  • Able to learn, retain, and apply knowledge acquired through training
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail at all times is essential
  • IT literate and able to use and/or learn standard and proprietary software, and more specifically proficient in the use of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to swiftly adapt and respond positively to change
  • Ability to maintain a "Can do" attitude at all times
  • 3 years of sales experience & 2 years of managerial experience
  • Demonstrate experience in an outbound sales role

Salary & Benefits:

  • Additional length of service holiday allowance

Hours of Work:

  • Pakistan time: Dependent on Daylight Saving Time (+4hrs / +5hrs)
