Location: Lahore

Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Education, Development Studies, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the education or development sector.

Job Description
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to project team members for the successful implementation of all project activities.
  • Supervise and support the establishment of libraries, delivery of training sessions, book development, and dissemination of books and multimedia content.
  • Ensure timely, quality, and within-budget delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor implementation progress and make timely adjustments as needed.
  • Review work plans, reports, and completed activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
  • Lead regular coordination meetings with stakeholders, including Room to Read (RtR) and education department officials.
  • Act as the liaison between ITA and key partners: School Education Department, CLCs, QAED, and District Education Authorities.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to prepare and monitor project budgets.
  • Review and approve team work plans and reports; ensure timely submission to the Project Lead.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document progress for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with project tracking/reporting tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan.
