Cashier - Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions and ensuring accuracy in cash handling and record keeping. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  2. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies
  3. Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
  4. Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment responsibly
  5. Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
  6. Keep checkout area clean, organized, and free of clutter
  7. Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent math skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills for processing transactions
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
