Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking operator to support our expanding services in the Latin American and Spanish markets. This role may be remote or based in Pakistan for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls and make outbound follow-ups in Spanish, providing clear, friendly, and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and make outbound follow-ups in Spanish
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Accurately log call details and customer queries
  • Escala issues where necessary
  • Work in shifts aligned with client country time zones (primarily Latin America or Spain)

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and follow scripts/processes
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment (for remote roles)
