Lead Generation + Cold Email/Call Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1-3 years [Entry Level Position]

Timing: 6pm - 2:30am (MON-FRI) _ Night shift (Break: half hour)

What You'll Do:

  1. Find Leads: Use LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools to identify potential clients and establish strong connections.
  2. Cold Outreach: Send cold emails and make cold calls to generate interest and initiate conversations.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing: Assist in creating proposals, delivering product demos, and answering client questions to support sales efforts.
  4. Support Clients: Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and seek opportunities to deepen relationships.
  5. Act as a Liaison: Serve as a bridge between clients and the tech team—keep all parties informed and projects on schedule.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 1–3 years of experience in cold emailing, cold calling, lead generation, or customer success (US market preferred).
  2. Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
  3. Client-focused approach: You care about clients and can build trust effectively.
  4. Self-starter mindset: You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and maintain momentum.
  5. Expertise in cold emailing & cold calling: Proven ability to attract attention and convert leads.
  6. Proposal writing skills: Ability to craft clear, compelling proposals that highlight value.
  7. Technical understanding: Capable of explaining services simply and clearly.
