What You'll Do:
- Find Leads: Use LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools to identify potential clients and establish strong connections.
- Cold Outreach: Send cold emails and make cold calls to generate interest and initiate conversations.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Assist in creating proposals, delivering product demos, and answering client questions to support sales efforts.
- Support Clients: Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and seek opportunities to deepen relationships.
- Act as a Liaison: Serve as a bridge between clients and the tech team—keep all parties informed and projects on schedule.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in cold emailing, cold calling, lead generation, or customer success (US market preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
- Client-focused approach: You care about clients and can build trust effectively.
- Self-starter mindset: You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and maintain momentum.
- Expertise in cold emailing & cold calling: Proven ability to attract attention and convert leads.
- Proposal writing skills: Ability to craft clear, compelling proposals that highlight value.
- Technical understanding: Capable of explaining services simply and clearly.
