Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to internal staff and clients for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with software applications, operating systems, and networking equipment.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.
  4. Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  5. Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems and software applications.
  6. Support software deployments, updates, and patches across internal systems and client environments.
  7. Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs or technical challenges.
  8. Maintain and update documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  9. Monitor and maintain network and system performance, ensuring stability and efficiency.
  10. Provide user training and technical guidance on software applications and IT tools.
  11. Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and system restore operations.
  12. Support and maintain cloud infrastructure and virtual environments.
  13. Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and best practices, including data protection policies.
  14. Participate in IT projects and assist with the implementation of new technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  2. Experience with networking concepts, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
  3. Hands-on experience with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  5. Knowledge of software deployment tools and automation.
  6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, ideally in a software development environment.
  2. Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools.

Location: Davis Road, Lahore.
Salary Brackets: 50k to 70k
