- Provide technical support to internal staff and clients for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with software applications, operating systems, and networking equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.
- Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems and software applications.
- Support software deployments, updates, and patches across internal systems and client environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs or technical challenges.
- Maintain and update documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor and maintain network and system performance, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Provide user training and technical guidance on software applications and IT tools.
- Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and system restore operations.
- Support and maintain cloud infrastructure and virtual environments.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and best practices, including data protection policies.
- Participate in IT projects and assist with the implementation of new technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software deployment tools and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, ideally in a software development environment.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools.
Location: Davis Road, Lahore.
Salary Brackets: 50k to 70k
