We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to make a significant impact in the HR functions of our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our HRIS and related technologies. This includes collaborating with the HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems, designing and enhancing HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights to HR leadership, and leading projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HRIS Implementation and Management: Oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of our HRIS system to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality results, and effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a passion for continuous improvement.
