- Prospect and Acquire: Identify, approach, and secure new clients for IT services, including IT consulting, managed IT services, cloud services, IT outsourcing, IT training and support, network and VoIP services, data services, and web development.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and potential market opportunities.
- Proposals and Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our offerings.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
- CRM Management: Maintain a detailed database of leads, client interactions, and sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates, insights, and forecasts to management on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales within the IT industry.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies.
- Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global markets or international clients.
- Understanding of IT project lifecycles and service delivery models.
- Certifications in sales or IT-related fields are a plus.
