Business Developer - IT Services (Commission Based)

  • Prospect and Acquire: Identify, approach, and secure new clients for IT services, including IT consulting, managed IT services, cloud services, IT outsourcing, IT training and support, network and VoIP services, data services, and web development.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and potential market opportunities.
  • Proposals and Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our offerings.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain a detailed database of leads, client interactions, and sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates, insights, and forecasts to management on sales activities and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales within the IT industry.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global markets or international clients.
  • Understanding of IT project lifecycles and service delivery models.
  • Certifications in sales or IT-related fields are a plus.
