Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Technical Advisory and business development initiatives.
  • Responsible for handling routine customer complaints and providing solutions.
  • Educating customers about productivity enhancement solutions through technical sessions/thread trials.
  • Liaison with the Sales Team for the collaborative business development opportunities.
  • Support the Sales Team on technical queries and problems on the ground.
  • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, security procedures and instructions.
  • Works proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the company.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in the garment industry.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial/Garment Engineering.
