Job Description:

Pro Work Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our Telecommunications team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  2. Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and offer solutions.
  3. Manage and maintain customer database.
  4. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with team members and provide regular updates to management.

Salary: 25k to 40k (depends upon the Experience or skills) Plus Incentives.

Job Specification:
  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.
  3. Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet targets.
  5. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
