Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Lahore District. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospective clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, specifically in the software and IT services industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, create strategies, and close deals in the software development sector.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for engaging with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record in Account Management and long-term client relationship building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience with custom software solutions, CRM/ERP systems, web & mobile app development, or SaaS products is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, IT outsourcing models, and proposal writing.
