Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication/Education/Media/Social Sciences

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in documentation, report writing, communications, and implementing educational, media, or research projects.

Job Responsibilities

Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain an organized digital and physical repository of all project-related documents, including reports, case studies, minutes of meetings, field visit notes, and media assets.
  • Coordinate with relevant project staff (field teams, M&E, program officers) to collect inputs for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Compile, edit, and format regular narrative reports, success stories, and updates, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with donor templates and requirements.
  • Track progress on deliverables and flag gaps or delays in required documentation.

Communications
  • Develop content for digital platforms (social media posts, short write-ups, visuals) to showcase project activities, milestones, and impact stories.
  • Ensure all communication outputs follow the donor's branding and visibility guidelines.
  • Support the creation of communication collateral including brochures, newsletters, digital and social media articles, videos, and presentations.

Coordination & Support
  • Work closely with the central and field teams to ensure timely submission of documentation from all project sites.
  • Support planning and documentation of events, workshops, and field visits.
  • Participate in project review meetings and support follow-up on communication-related tasks.
  • Comply with the deadline and quality of any other assignment given by the supervisor.
