Job Description

The Shared Kitchens vertical at foodpanda Pakistan is one of the most innovative food verticals, where we rent spaces to restaurant partners in different locations to operate delivery-only kitchens. It has been the fastest-growing vertical in the last two years, with plans to expand exponentially in 2026-27.

Due to this expansion, we are hiring a resource in Karachi responsible for managing kitchen operations. The primary responsibilities include ensuring optimized food preparation and delivery times, reducing customer complaints, increasing food quality ratings, and driving growth for the vertical.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in the HORECA industry, preferably in a structured organization with clear SOPs to drive operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
