We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Lead to take charge of planning and executing high-impact events for Mashion. This role requires a mix of creativity, operational efficiency, and strong relationship management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle multiple stakeholders, and is passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Scout, onboard, and manage event vendors (logistics, catering, production, etc.), ensuring seamless execution and an unmatched vendor experience. Oversee contracts, payments, and negotiations.
Event Execution: Collaborate with multiple event teams to bring events to life, overseeing logistics, activations, external vendors, and communication.
Operations & Budgeting: Plan and execute events of varying scales, ensuring smooth operations, efficient budgeting, and finalizing all external communications.
Growth & Innovation: Drive the expansion of Mashion's event vertical with innovative ideas aligned with the company's vision.
Sponsorships & Partnerships: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to increase revenue, secure sponsorships, and build strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in event management, coordination, and execution.
Full-time, in-office position in Karachi (some travel required).
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly self-motivated, passionate, and well-versed in global event trends and pop culture.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, KPIs, and targets while handling multiple projects.
