The role will also play a critical part in launching personalization on the website, responsible for managing asset launches and QA. A successful candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possess strong organization and communication skills.## **Responsibilities:****Key Accountabilities:*** Partner with Planning, Merchandising and Creative to create content calendar across multiple sites* Proactively manage and maintain these content calendars, ensuring accuracy at all times* Perform UAT and QA on all assets to ensure accuracy of images, copy, pricing and links* Partner cross-functionally on resourcing in order to hit asset handoff deadlines to launch on time* Work closely with internal partners to identify and resolve site inaccuracies* Analyze performance of site content and make recommendations for go-forward strategies* Key player in launch of site personalization which will introduce multiple asset variations across the site**Education and Experience:*** Bachelor's Degree required* 0-1 years of experience in interactive project management or website quality assurance* Experience using content management tools a plus**Skills and Behaviors:*** Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional partners* Must be proactive in showing initiative to improve and streamline processes* Must be detail-oriented with an ability to effectively prioritize workload# **make our PLACE yours**Being a part of our team takes collaboration and hard work.
