Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is a for-profit private sector organization specializing in research, technical assistance, surveys, and monitoring, working with government, donors, and NGO partners.

Position Objective:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the organization, including Administration, Procurement, and Human Resource Management. This role involves planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities:

Admin & Procurement:

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate all administration and procurement operations for improvements.
  • Supervise the administration and procurement sections.
  • Ensure transparency and effectiveness in the procurement process.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to all program activities.

Compliance & Coordination:

  • Coordinate and integrate activities across departments and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Implement policies and procedures related to administration, procurement, and HR effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation of finance, HR, admin, and procurement policies and SOPs.

IT & Systems Support:

  • Handle basic IT troubleshooting independently, such as resolving laptop issues and Office 365 application errors.
  • Maintain routine system updates and ensure the smooth functioning of office devices.
  • Assist staff with minor IT problems to reduce downtime.

Requirements:

Experience: 10-12 years in operations, compliance, administration, procurement, and HR within the development (NGO) or corporate sectors.

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or Management preferred.

Location: On-site in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, with travel as required.

  • Ability to develop and adapt institutional systems in a growth environment.
