Assistant Operations Manager

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for regional sales operational activities, including enabling the sales force with system information, education, and training.
  2. Coordinate with sales leadership to prepare key reports that assist in daily operational decision-making.
  3. Act as a bridge between the sales force and support teams to address communication, system, and process gaps.
  4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and conduct sessions to ensure accurate and effective information dissemination.
  5. Manage the regional operational team, maintaining strong follow-up on reports related to sales pulse, pipeline, and revenues.
  6. Develop sustainable processes to prevent operational issues and establish permanent solutions to recurring problems.
  7. Evaluate current operational goals and suggest improvements in key areas, overseeing costs, risks, and audit activities.
  8. Create a productive, profitable, and achievement-oriented work environment for employees.
  9. Supervise the operations team to ensure operational excellence and effective stakeholder and employee management.
  10. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and carry out corrective and preventive actions with timely follow-up.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Business.
  • Experience of 4 to 6 years in a relevant field.
