Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will lead our HR functions to support our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior management to implement strategic HR plans that foster employee engagement and organizational growth. This role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive working environment
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
  • Report on key HR metrics to management
  • Foster a culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and employee development
Requirements
  • 0.6 months to 1 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Preferences
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR)
  • Experience in the IT Sector.
