Job Title: HR Executive

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Shift Time: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Location: Tech Society , Opp. Doctors Hospital, Lahore

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions including payroll, employee documentation, attendance management, recruitment, and employee benefits. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations and capable of ensuring smooth and compliant processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date employee documentation and records.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management systems, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related queries.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with HR software/HRIS and MS Office (Excel in particular).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.
