We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth recruitment processes, handle employee relations, and contribute to organizational growth by aligning HR functions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR policy guidance.
  • Organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR Executive / HR Officer.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
