Overview

Howmuch Pvt Limited is seeking a Call Center Sales Lead/Trainer with at least 5 years of experience as a Lead Sales in the call center industry, with a proven track record of sales coaching.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, and scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
  2. Conduct exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
  3. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  4. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  5. Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
  6. Coordinate with other sales trainers and sales managers.
  7. Structure training plans to meet financial objectives.
  8. Hire and onboard new sales trainees.
  9. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  10. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  11. Adhere to company's policies, standards, and procedures in performing job duties.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  2. At least 4 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or similar position.
  3. Ability to measure performance.
  4. Experience with building and developing teams.
  5. Outstanding coaching skills.
  6. Background in Computer Sciences or related field is a plus.
  7. High energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  8. Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projections.
  11. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  12. Experience or knowledge of Hubspot CRM is a plus.
