Position: HR & Admin Manager - Head Hunter - Talent Acquisition - Organization Development - HR Operations - Trainer - Performance & Talent Management - Policy

Description: The role involves developing phone-based revenue by establishing rapport with potential customers through excellent telephone sales and communication skills. Responsibilities include reaching business targets by generating sales leads, making prospect calls, answering incoming inquiries, and following up on leads. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound prospect calls and convert them.
  2. Maintain and expand the company's prospect database through research to find new leads.
  3. Cold-call and email prospects to qualify leads and identify decision-makers to initiate the sales process.
  4. Educate prospects about all service & product offerings.
  5. Receive inbound calls, answer questions, and suggest solutions based on thorough product knowledge; qualify prospects before scheduling site visits to highlight features and benefits.
  6. Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers via phone and email.
  7. Overcome customer objections.
  8. Collaborate with Sales and Business Managers to develop strategic sales approaches and activity calendars.
  9. Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  10. Communicate brand identity and corporate position effectively.
  11. Attend periodic sales training as applicable.
  12. Support the sales team to ensure overall success.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in sales, tele-sales, or lead generation roles.
  2. Ability to convert prospects and close deals effectively.
  3. Skills in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  4. Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
  8. Basic math skills for calculations.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. High integrity and strong work ethic.
  11. Creative thinking capabilities.
Physical Aspects & Office Details
  • Frequent sitting.
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Full-time position with a 12-month contract.
  • Salary will be based on skills and interview performance.
  • Benefits include casual leave, performance bonuses, professional development budget, and leave encashment.
