Mustakbil.com is looking for a motivated, professional Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and selling online recruitment solutions directly to targets and leads. The successful candidate must have a background in corporate sales within a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position in which you will be required to identify new and prospective corporate clients and develop strong relations with them. The compensation includes basic salary plus a rewarding commission and travel allowance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Understand Mustakbil.com's offerings for employers
  2. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  3. Identify potential clients, generate corporate leads and increase sales
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to the prospective clients
  5. Direct contact, appointment, meeting and follow-up
  6. Sales Leads follow-up
  7. Direct Sales
  8. Negotiate and sell Mustakbil.com's online recruitment solutions
  9. Provide superior service to clients in order to meet or exceed client satisfaction.
  10. Business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
  11. Ensure sale activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.
  12. Frequent travel to meet potential clients
Job Specification
  1. Degree in Business Administration or Sales Marketing from a reputed educational institution
  2. Proven track record of building corporate relationships in Business Development
  3. Minimum 3 years working experience in Corporate Sales
  4. Highly effective interpersonal skills
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills
  6. Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
  7. Excellent Computer and Internet skills
  8. Fast Learner
  9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  10. Proactive self-starter who anticipates rather than reacts to problems and opportunities
  11. Open to traveling within the region
