We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our project delivery efforts across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to help coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects according to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper task allocation and follow-ups.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate as needed.
  • Support senior project managers with resource allocation and workflow management.
  • Ensure team members understand deadlines and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to share project updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
