IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Design and implement automation solutions to optimize sales workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales order processing, KYC verification, feasibility checks, and quality of sales procedures.
  • Integrate CRM and other digital tools into sales operations, ensuring smooth system functionality and data accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze automated workflows, track KPIs, and continuously improve processes based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on newly automated processes and tools, driving adoption across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and security standards in all automation processes.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Identify manual bottlenecks and leverage automation technologies to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and data connectivity.
  • Create and maintain automation dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Act as a change agent for automation adoption and process digitization within the Retail Sales – Fixed Line division.
  • Promote collaboration between Sales, IT, Business Development, and Regional Teams for smooth automation implementation.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management for all automated processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Process Management, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Certification in Process Automation Tools, AI-Driven Automation, or CRM platforms will be a plus.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in process automation, digital transformation, or sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, data visualization tools (Power BI, SQL), and workflow optimization.
