Job Title: Process Manager

As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of customer applications and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that new and existing customer applications are processed in accordance with agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency in processing and ensure good show approvals.
Quality Focus:
  • Evaluate job completion to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal criteria.
  • Closely monitor staff activities to optimize efficiencies and output.
Analysis:
  • Continuously identify process gaps and take corrective measures to safeguard the bank's interests.
Staff Management:
  • Monitor staff performance, including issues related to discipline, punctuality, and work standards.
Employee Development:
  • Conduct training sessions to update staff on new policies and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate Degree
  • 8-10 years of experience
