Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in executing and optimizing email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using modern email marketing and data scraping tools, with a strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities
  • Work with email marketing/automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Instantly, Salesforce, or similar tools).
  • Design, edit, and quality-check responsive email templates for different campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and content to improve engagement and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes) and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure email deliverability by maintaining list hygiene and applying industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
QualificationsRequirements
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
  • Knowledge of data scraping tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lead411, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of email KPIs, automation workflows, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Proficiency in segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills for subject lines and email content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
