Key Responsibilities
  • Direct metal cutting operations on lathe and milling machines, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with engineers to maintain good working knowledge of CAD/CAM software and stay updated on industry trends.
  • E nsure compliance with material standards and machining regulations, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Program and operate CNC machines, selecting the right tools and optimizing production workflows.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives, driving growth and success.
  • Work independently and resourcefully, handling projects and tasks efficiently, and making informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing metal cutting operations and leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and its applications.
  • Knowledge of material standards and machining regulations.
  • Ability to program and operate CNC machines effectively.
  • Familiarity with CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
