
HR Assistant

- Source and screen qualified candidates against vacancies
- Develop standard memorandum for advertising job posts
- Manage employee relations
- Negotiate salaries with potential employees
- Maintain employee database and other HR materials (handbook, employee book)
- Execute day-to-day HR functions (payroll, disciplinary action, internal correspondence)
- Analyze population needs and maintain a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates
- Help develop an ERP solution, psychometric test, and other relevant tests/evaluation mechanisms
- Maintain employee information and conduct background checks
- Assist in reviewing, formulating, and implementing policy
- 2-4 years experience of working in a similar capacity
- Relevant qualifications (preferred)
- The capacity to take challenges head-on
- A 'go getter' attitude
- A considerably huge appetite for work and growth
- Exceptional writing skills and should be able to effectively communicate in both English and Urdu
