
HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and training sessions.
- Respond to routine employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and confirmation letters.
- Support the payroll team with data collection, timesheet verification, and leave tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for the management team.
- Any other administrative or HR-related tasks assigned by the management.
Required Experience and Expertise
- 1–2 years of experience as an HR Assistant, HR Intern, or in a similar administrative role.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Working Hours
- Part-time position (4 hours per day).
- Flexible working hours.
- Remote role – work from anywhere.
