Position Title: Outreach & Marketing Coordinator

Location: On Site

Reports To: Director of Strategy & Community Engagement

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive (to be discussed based on experience)

Educast is seeking a proactive, well-organized Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to lead community and partner engagement. This person will be responsible for initiating contact with local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), physician clinics, and community centers, scheduling stakeholder meetings, and promoting our dialysis services—especially our specialized tracheostomy and ventilator dialysis care.

The role requires exceptional communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a passion for making a difference in patient care through effective outreach. This is a key support role in executing our 3-month marketing plan and beyond.


• Call and email hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, and senior living communities identified in our marketing plan.


• Introduce Azusa Dialysis Center, explain our unique services, and schedule in-person or virtual meetings for Zahra or other senior representatives.


• Follow up consistently with unresponsive contacts using professional scripts and CRM-style tracking.

Stakeholder Database Management


• Maintain and update a comprehensive stakeholder contact list including:


• Names, roles, phone numbers, emails, visit dates, and notes.


• Track appointments, confirmations, follow-ups, and outcomes using an Excel sheet or CRM tool.


• Send digital and physical brochures/flyers to contacts.


• Maintain a mailing list for monthly or bi-weekly email newsletters.


• Assist in drafting and sending email blasts about events, new services, or patient success stories.

Marketing Support


• Ensure our message is clearly communicated over phone and email.


• Collect informal feedback from partners and report insights to management.


• Coordinate social media and Yelp/Google review requests when needed.


• Assist Zahra with her schedule, block stakeholder meetings into calendar.


• Coordinate logistics if team needs to visit a partner facility (print materials, transport, confirmations).


• Experience in healthcare marketing, patient coordination, or outreach preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Confident in speaking with administrators, case managers, and healthcare professionals.


• Organized, with strong follow-up and note-keeping habits.


• Familiar with basic tools (Google Workspace, Excel, email marketing platforms).


• Self-driven and professional in all interactions.


• Be part of a growing, patient-centered organization.


• Work closely with leadership on high-impact initiatives.


• Help expand access to compassionate dialysis care for patients in need.
