About the role:

This role involves driving initiatives to shape Telenor's customer and revenue ambitions through Digital channels and the My Telenor App by analyzing customer insights using behavioral and research data sets.

Your impactful goals include:
  1. Implement strategic initiatives and manage daily analytical/reporting assignments under the supervision of a Senior Manager.
  2. Develop strategies for digital channel recharge, including new product launches, revamps, partner costs, and product adoption.
  3. Create, test, and implement hypotheses related to digital channel use cases, focusing on customer journeys and value propositions.
  4. Monitor subscriber trends and build dashboards to analyze active, rejoining, and new subscribers.
  5. Own the product portfolio and customer journey, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement.
  6. Provide insights on opportunities and past initiatives to support data-driven decisions.
  7. Collaborate with CLM and Advanced Analytics teams to design campaigns to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
  8. Engage with stakeholders across Business Intelligence, Technology, Sales, and Product Development to drive segment goals.
  9. Focus on growth metrics such as subscriber base, revenue, product adoption, churn reduction, and market penetration.
Typical day at work:
  1. Review key portfolio statistics, analyze reports/dashboards, and identify opportunities or concerns.
  2. Conduct further analysis on identified areas and present findings to stakeholders.
  3. Explore multiple data dimensions beyond behavioral data, such as usage, geography, payment methods, and lifecycle.
  4. Translate insights into actionable initiatives and oversee their execution.
  5. Plan communication strategies for new initiatives.
  6. Manage product-related changes across the value chain, including coordination with sales and regional teams.
What we are looking for:

Education: MBA, BBA, Economics, or Maths majors

Experience:

  • 4-6 years in related roles
  • Experience analyzing business trends and monitoring KPIs
  • Product management experience
  • Business planning, forecasting, and developing business cases
Skills/Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with business and marketing acumen
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Stakeholder management abilities
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability under pressure
