Overview

We are currently searching for a Channel sales Manager to develop our business in Pakistan. This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU (Pronounced: I-Moe).

IMOU is a global leader in the Smart Home segment. IMOU has built a reputation in overseas markets as the go-to vendor for Smart Security & Smart Home.

Set up as a subsidiary of Dahua Group, which is the second largest surveillance & security manufacturer in the world, IMOU has been established to make smart home security & technology much easier to operate/use. IMOU's product lines include Smart Security, Smart Lock, Smart Energy/Lighting, IOT, Smart Robotics, Storage & Cloud.

Our mission is to make Smart Home more affordable, effortless to use & easily accessible to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.
  • Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy.
  • New resellers development: develop new resellers from CCTV/IT channels
  • Existing resellers management: manage resellers' sell in/sell out, increase our business shares
  • Distributor's management: manage the distributor's order, inventory, and sales data.
  • Training program: execute product training for distributors, resellers and installers
  • Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures.
  • Having CCTV technical support experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience in channel sales within CCTV/IT, with experience in CCTV distributors or CCTV manufacture being a significant advantage.
  • Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Accustomed to frequent business trips.
Qualifications
  • Experience in channel sales within CCTV/IT (2+ years preferred)
  • Having CCTV technical support experience
  • Strong market insight, planning, data analysis, and negotiation skills
  • English fluency and willingness to travel
