ABS International seeks a passionate YouTube Channel Manager to lead our channel's growth during night shifts. Your Impact — Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven content calendars aligned with audience interests and trending themes
• Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) using advanced YouTube SEO techniques for maximum discoverability
• Design and implement thumbnail strategies with A/B testing to improve CTR and audience retention
• Analyze YouTube Analytics to track watch time, CTR, and engagement metrics for continuous improvement
• Manage end-to-end publishing workflow including uploads, chapters, end screens, and captions
• Lead community engagement through comment moderation, polls, and subscriber conversion strategies
• Coordinate with editors, scriptwriters, and designers to maintain brand consistency across all content
• Stay current with algorithm changes and implement innovative content strategies based on performance data

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing YouTube channels with demonstrable growth results (subscribers, watch time, CTR)
• Proven expertise with YouTube SEO, metadata optimization, and analytics interpretation
• Hands-on experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent) and thumbnail design (Canva/Photoshop)
• Availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) and on-site work in Karachi
• Strong communication skills and experience with project management tools (Trello, Notion, Slack)
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable content improvements

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with YouTube growth tools (TubeBuddy, vidIQ, SEMrush) and Google Trends for content research
• Background in scaling brand channels with monetization, membership, or ad revenue experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• Experience with team coordination and cross-functional collaboration
