Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Pakistan

Responsible for efficiently completing all talent acquisition administration processes for new hires and internal moves, including CV management, system updates, interview scheduling, offer letter and contract creation, processing expenses, and vendor invoice management. Coordinate pre-employment verification with external vendors.


• Support Talent Acquisition Managers/Specialists in updating requisitions and posting quality job adverts aligned with the employer brand on various job boards.

• Provide administrative support for assessments and candidate selection, such as setting up candidate profiles and retrieving profiles from relevant websites.

• Scan and input hardcopy applications into PeopleSoft, preparing them for review, and issue data protection statements to applicants.

• Print and organize documentation like CVs for Talent Acquisition staff.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments, managing diaries, booking rooms, and arranging facilities including video conferencing.

• Assist in organizing assessment days and career fairs.

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely processing of candidate expense claims.

• Produce and distribute hiring forms, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packs, ensuring prompt and accurate administration and signing.

• Monitor and follow up on administrative deadlines such as contract returns and start dates.

• Manage routine and urgent transactions efficiently.

• Support work permit and international talent move administration.

• Complete pre-employment standards, including issuing contracts, induction packs, and confirming start dates and responsibilities.
